Fixed-price projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the project and begin prep. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

The standard structure is 50% to book and 50% due on the first recording day. For our 3-Reel Package, an extended 50/25/25 payment option may also be available when needed. Final masters are released once the balance is paid in full.

Our demo sessions are performance-led, not clock-led. We allow reasonable time to warm up, explore, redirect, and capture the strongest performance rather than forcing the session into a strict one-hour window.

Hourly services have a one-hour minimum paid in advance. Any additional time is billed in 15-minute increments, with the remaining balance due when the session is complete.

For ADR, the Session Prep & Delivery fee plus the first-hour recording minimum are due before the session. Additional recording time is billed in 15-minute increments, and production-ready files are released once the balance is paid in full.

Scripts, auditions, unreleased projects, recordings, and private client information are treated with discretion and are not shared outside the agreed scope.

Only with permission. We love capturing moments from sessions, but participation in photos, video, or behind-the-scenes content is always optional.

Yes! Filming and social media content are encouraged, as long as they don’t interfere with the recording process.

Absolutely! Friends, coaches, and social media managers are welcome as long as it’s discussed in advance and doesn’t interfere with the session. We accommodate up to 3 people in the room comfortably in addition to performer and engineer.
Performers under 18 are expected to have a parent or legal guardian involved.

Professionalism and respect are expected from everyone in the space. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct are not tolerated, and Phantom Voixes may stop or decline a session if those boundaries are compromised.
